Web Miller's Eagle Project Workday #1

Image
Web’s Eagle Scout Disc Golf Project Is Almost Complete! It was a long and productive workday at Mt. Isle Harbor! Web and the volunteers made great progress on his Eagle Scout project, a new disc golf course for the community. By the end of the day, nearly all of the work was finished. The concrete around the basket poles needs time to set, so the baskets will be installed after it cures. The tee box signs and course rules sign also remain to be installed. Once those final pieces are in place, the course will be ready for the community to enjoy. We’re grateful to everyone who gave their time and energy to help Web bring the project this far. It was rewarding to see the work come together, and we look forward to sharing another update when the course is complete! Link to ALL photos: CLICK HERE

In addition to the ice cream, one of the highlights of the stop was meeting the owner's friendly chocolate Lab, Tank , who quickly became a favorite with the group. Sunday morning we broke camp and headed back toward Charlotte after a fun and successful joint outing. A big thank you to Troop 7 for ...
